It was a chilly afternoon with Mario and his truffle dog, York.  As the golden light of Fall began to rest over the vineyards and woods of the Piedmont, Mario invited us back to his cellar where he shared his hand-crafted red and sparkling wine. To date, the best sparkling we've ever tasted.
